I am in the process of creating an email to send to as many people as possible. PETA is the best to get something done fast. They work wonders. Everyone, however needs to email them to show your outrage. What I am wondering is where did they get this poor baby? Was it just wondering around?
Here is a list of people to contact- Let me know if one of them doesn’t work.
We all must work on this to get this baby out of there. Send out emails to your friends and tell them to pass it on. Including Craigslist in the surrounding areas. It will get flagged but keep re-posting!

Hi Guys,
This poor creature was panting from the heat and is supposed to have a companion and a place to swim. There was very loud music playing incessantly nearby. PLEASE contact any reporters, politicians, or humane societies you might have connections with. If you live near Coney Island, maybe you can arrange a protest? What gives these people the right to exploit a baby animal to make a buck??

Don’t put this off……….do something now. I will try to get an article written by someone I know at Newsday but something tells me it will take more than that.

I called PETA and emailed them you can email them go on website- they know about the rat and others at other fairs, also- they gave me websites to report them- please do the same- I just did and when in coney you can all animal control and they will be able to come there and see for themselves about animal abuse- thanks for your concern- lets save and help the animals- since they cannot talk for themselves

Better of contacting Peta. They are all over Ringling Brothers at Coney Island. I’m sure they’d love to know about this.

I think someone should call the aspca and PETA I just did- please everyone this man is cruel to animals it is a digrace and not GOOD for coney also the circus needs to go it was even on tv how they treat the animals especially the elephants another disgrace for coney- we want to save it not make it into a place that treats animals badly- thanks

If you have the information on the capy, you can call from out of town. There is no reason the ASPCA would not investigate possible animal abuse allegations by an out-of-towner.

I think you can call the ASPCA directly, but I am not sure what they can do. Think of the animals in veterinary hospitals and such—they just need to be able to stand up and turn around, right?

This does make me want to show up there and just call the animal police on them… too bad it’s a 14 hour drive.
