The Price of Cuteness – Part 1

Me, Jim Perry and Hillary

I am a capybara. I am cute. I have to get used to it. There is nothing I can do about it. But it comes with a cost and that cost is visitors fawning over me, feeding me, scratching and petting me, giving me treats and hugging me. The only one of those things I don’t like is hugging. San Diego Zoo Capybaras

The Plushes head to the San Diego Zoo

Owner’s Blog:

I was out in California last week to visit my sister and I couldn’t pass up the chance to visit the world famous San Diego Zoo. Sometimes I think I would like to go in there but then I realize that I probably wouldn’t like it after all.

Super Saturday Part I

Me and a squirrel eating birdseed

I don’t know whether to love weekends or to hate them. The good thing is that Melly doesn’t have to go off to work in the morning. The bad thing is that Melly doesn’t have to go off to work in the morning. I’ll attempt to explain why I have such conflicting feelings using this Saturday as an example.
