Return of the Tatars

The most beautiful plate in the world!

This post is a long time coming since my friends from Tatarstan were here at the end of March, but times have been busy. Anyway, look at the truly amazing plate they gave me! I didn’t know that capybaras were so popular in Tatarstan. But of course we are; to know us is to love us. The capy in the center is brilliant, but the design on the rim is also very unique. Hi all! Well, I’m back, Mudskipper Rous, after a bit of an absence due to MelTs laziness. You really cannot imagine just how lazy she is! And she’s always blaming it on her brain damage, which is ridiculous. That was over a year ago, get over it! Anyway, my new post is about two great stalkers who visited me all the way from Tatarstan, which is in Russia. That’s a long way away. And they brought the World’s Most Traveled Super Capy with them. You can see a photo of the five of us together above. (Six if you count Supre Capy, which you should.)

I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays and not getting too much snow or cold weather (for those in the northern hemisphere) or too much heat (for those in the southern hemisphere). It has been pretty nice here, a bit cold but not too bad. Today it is mid 60s F so I’ve been outside a lot.
