Where’s Fresno?

Here I am!

I hope you can guess by the above photo that Fresno is my new rat co-pet. He’s got his paw right on my nose in the photo above. That is very close to my giant teeth, as you can see, so it is lucky for him that I don’t bite. I am actually hoping that he will scratch my belly, but you’ll have to read the rest of the post to find out if he does. Continue reading “Where’s Fresno?” »

Rabbit Update

She has a name

My new rabbit has a name! Thanks to all my fans for their help. The winning name is Dustabelle McLinty Poofball the 1st, suggested Jackie Hammond. That’s a pretty cute name but Winston Bumblebee Barcode the 1st said that there can be only one 1st and it is him. So we’ve decided to go with just Dustabelle. She’s some sort of weird cross between a mini-lop and something called a lion head. Frankenstein’s rabbit. Continue reading “Name That Rabbit!” »

My 3rd Birthday

A scary start

I think my birthday party was a surprise party because no one was more surprised than me when a DOG showed up! That is Peri (short for Periscope). She has visited us before (read my Dog Invasion post) so I guess she is a friend? Melly said she is anyway but she is the scariest friend I have. I would NOT have invited her to my party but, sadly, Melly is in charge of these things and she often does not have my best interests at heart. Continue reading “My 3rd Birthday” »

Spring Picnic

Me and Leopolda picnicking

We’ve been having some beautiful weather here lately so I have been spending a lot of time outside. As you can see from the photo above, I am not the only one who appreciates a little sunshine. That is my co-pet, Leopolda, aka Leah. She is an African leopard tortoise and she has been living with Melly for about 33 years, which is a long, long, long time. Continue reading “Spring Picnic” »
