Conference Capybara is the first part of the story of little Mia Davisson, the six-month-old niece of Garibaldi Rous and daughter of Wesley and Fiona at the 2014 BlogPaws conference. This month I attended the 2014 BlogPaws Conference held at the Westin Hotel in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada. It was a bittersweet time because I really missed Garibaldi Rous. I was hoping to have him attend the conference with me this year but things did not go well for either of us.

Luckily, I had little Mia Davisson, Gari’s six-month-old niece and the daughter of Wesley and Fiona from the Snake Farm Zoo, as a stand in and she did a stand up job! She even accepted this $2,000 donation to the ROUS Foundation from the BlogPaws organization. Continue reading “Conference Capybara” »

This time I traveled by plane with Melly all the way to Washington DC to go to the 2013 BlogPaws convention. BlogPaws is a convention for crazy people who blog about their pets. I had a whole lot of fun, met many new friends and witnessed the beautiful and the weird (that last includes Melly).
