 A loveable nose Melanie’s Post: I always said that Caplin was dignified and Garibaldi was a clown. The photo above demonstrates that. He was never the staid, thoughtful, discerning capybara that Caplin was, and he never strove for it. Gari, the Capybara Clown.  Do we look alike? Melanie’s Post: I know you’ve seen that photo before, but it is a good example of this post’s topic: All Things Capybara. You wouldn’t believe how few capybara items there are available worldwide. Too few. Way too few. But if anyone is a collector of such items, it is me. So in this post, I’m going to share a few of my most interesting capybara artifacts.

 Here we go again! It’s not easy being a Capybara Ambassador (in training). It’s not all tweeting and posting cute photos. Some of it involves actual, inperson (incapybara?) interaction…with children! I’m not saying I’m scared of children or anything, after all, they’re just baby humans, but there is something a little intimidating about them. Maybe it’s how active they are. Or how noisy.  In a water fountain Super Capy’s blog: Hi! It’s me again, Super Capy! I’ve had another adventure and I’d like to share it with you. This time I traveled by plane with Melly all the way to Washington DC to go to the 2013 BlogPaws convention. BlogPaws is a convention for crazy people who blog about their pets. I had a whole lot of fun, met many new friends and witnessed the beautiful and the weird (that last includes Melly). |
